Shipping policy
Orders are shipped free of charge.
Shipping costs are covered by FATHMARA.
When receiving your order:
• Check the package in the presence of the courier.
• Ask for a written report if an item is damaged or missing.
• FATHMARA is not responsible for damage that has not been documented in a report.
The BUYER has the right to return a purchased product within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. This right is provided under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
Products being returned must:
• Be unused,
• Have their labels attached,
• Be in their original packaging,
• Be in a condition suitable for resale.
To make a return:
• Notify us of your return request by email, telephone, WhatsApp or Instagram.
• Send the product to us.
• The product inspection process is completed.
• A refund is issued once the return is approved.
Refunds are issued no later than 10 days after we receive the returned product.
• For defective/incorrect products: shipping costs are covered by FATHMARA.
• For returns under the right of withdrawal: shipping costs are borne by the BUYER.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
A product may be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product.
Returns are not accepted for the following products:
• Custom-made products,
• Used or damaged products,
• Products unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons.
Delivery times may be extended in situations such as natural disasters, shipping delays or technical problems. Customers will be informed in these circumstances.
